Specification
Requirements:
- Engagement techniques, such as radio communication/quizzes etc. are used by supervisors/dispatch at low circadian rhythm times during the shift
- Site generated techniques are shared across crews
Implementation
- On shift workers provide suitable gamification to achieve work at times of low circadian rhythm points
- Supervisors support and share methods and results of their crews stimulus techniques
Monitoring
- Supervisor reports are reviewed by oncoming supervisors and ideas on engagement techniques are captured by functional workers (HR and H&S) and included in shared information across the site
