Specification
Requirements:
- Any requirement to change shifts will use a forward/clockwise rotation – so that workers arise later on their for their next shift
- Where possible, continuous rosters begin with day shift, move to evening shift, then to night shift and then to break
Implementation
- Continuous rosters use forward rotation
Monitoring
- Hours of work reports are prepared by site HR functional workers for review by more senior site leadership
