CFM-CPA.09 Worker not fit for work
Worker engaged in tasks on site is not in a fit state, caused by:

• Presenting for work under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
• Failing to have sufficient sleep and rest before their shift and being fatigued
• Having a health issue (virus, heart condition etc.) impeding their judgement and decision making abilities
• Suffering from anxiety or other mental health condition
