CFM-CDH.13.10 Failing to identify required anchor points or edge protection before Working at Height
Involved workers or supervisors do not identify requirements, including not:

identifying an engineered anchor point or life-line (horizontal anchor) system
having sufficient anchor points available for use in work area
allowing for swing effects from distant anchor points
considering the fall height available (too short for deployed lanyard to deploy)
identifying requirements for edge protection
confirming deployed edge protection is installed or maintained properly to meet site requirements
